Description
- The main responsibility will be to control the daily running of the Accident Repair Centre, examine damaged vehicles, assess repair needs and calculate costs of repair ensuring all Company processes and standards are adhered to and to ensure all agreed targets are achieved. It may also be necessary when required to carry out body repairs to all makes of vehicle to a high standard within the Accident Repair Centre. An excellent communicator both face-to-face and on the telephone and a genuine interest in people with the desire to provide the best possible customer service is essential. Experience of Audatex is essential. The successful candidate must be computer literate with knowledge of Accident Repairs. |

Description
- The main responsibility will be to control allocation of work and general day to day running of the workshop, ensuring all Company processes and standards are adhered to and to ensure all agreed targets are achieved.. You will be required to attend to customer telephone bookings, and deal with customers' requests on their appointment day. The role will also require Job Card preparation and customer invoicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of personnel and operations within the Rapid Fit team, ensuring that volume and profit targets are met and carrying out related administration duties. Also, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Applicants must be reliable, flexible and a team player with good organisational ability An excellent communicator both face-to-face and on the telephone and a genuine interest in people with the desire to provide the best possible customer service is essential. Experience of tyre and exhaust fitting and a current driving licence is also essential. An M.O.T. Testing qualification would be an advantage although is not essential. |

- This position is based within Workshop Control. The main responsibilities are to assist with warranty claims, control allocation of work and general day to day running of the workshop. You will be required to attend to customer telephone bookings, and deal with customers requests on their appointment day. The job will also require Job Card and Service Sheet preparation and customer invoicing. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to maximise and improve customer satisfaction to maintain and improve upon our Customer Viewpoint scores. A technical background would be an advantage. This is a full time position. |
